- Hands in prayer position over heart center
- Inhale… arms up overhead, hands and arms released and in line with shoulders
- Exhale…folding forward from the hips, slight bend in the knees, relaxed arms
- Inhale…rolling up, vertebrae by vertebrae, to standing position
- Rolling shoulders back, bringing arms over head, inline with shoulders arching
- Begin round two Exhale …forward fold
- Inhale up arching back
- Round three Exhale …forward fold
- Inhale up arching back
- Hands together overhead
- Exhale…bring hands to heart center in prayer position
- Release hands and relaxing into Mountain Pose
- Finishing in Child's Pose for 3 breaths
